What file formats do you accept for quotes?
We accept PDF (2D drawings), DWG, DXF (AutoCAD), STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, STL, and most major 3D CAD formats. JPG and PNG photos of hand sketches or existing parts are also fine as a starting point.
How quickly can I get a quote?
We typically respond to quote requests within 1 business day. For urgent or time-sensitive projects, give us a call directly and we'll prioritize your review.
Do you do small quantities or one-off prototypes?
Absolutely. We handle single prototypes through production runs. We don't have a minimum order quantity — whether you need 1 part or 1,000, we can help.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of metals including aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), mild steel (A36, 1018), stainless steel (304, 316), alloy steels (4140, 4340), brass, bronze, and engineering plastics. See our Capabilities page for the full list.
